Your First Visit - What to Expect

Welcome Message:

Welcome to Dr. Ubaid Shah’s Pediatric Neurology Clinic. We provide comprehensive care for neurological conditions affecting children. We understand that visiting a specialist can be daunting, and our goal is to make your experience as comfortable and informative as possible.

    • Your child’s medical history records
    • List of medications your child is currently taking
    • Any relevant imaging or test results (e.g., MRI, CT scan)

During Your Visit:

  • Initial Consultation: Dr. Shah will discuss your child’s medical history, symptoms, and any concerns you might have. This is a good time to ask questions and discuss expectations.
  • Examination: Depending on the initial consultation, Dr. Shah may perform a neurological examination to assess your child’s motor skills, reflexes, and cognitive functions.
  • Diagnostic Testing: If further evaluation is necessary, Dr. Shah might recommend diagnostic tests. We will schedule these tests and provide all the necessary information.

After Your Visit:
